Microsoft Teams integration

Teams notifications post to a channel using a Microsoft Teams incoming webhook.

Create the Teams webhook

1. In Teams, right-click the target channel and pick Manage channel → Connectors.
2. Find Incoming Webhook and click Configure.
3. Give it a name (and optional icon) and click Create.
4. Copy the webhook URL.

Microsoft has been migrating webhook providers. If Connectors is disabled for your tenant, use Workflows → Post to a channel when a webhook request is received instead, and copy the resulting URL.

Add the notification in Checkmate

1. Open Notifications in the sidebar.
2. Click Create notification and pick Microsoft Teams.
3. Paste the webhook URL in the Address field.
4. Click Test, then Save.
