PagerDuty integration

PagerDuty notifications route Checkmate incidents through a service's escalation policy.

Create the integration in PagerDuty

1. Open Services and pick (or create) the service you want alerts to land on.
2. Add an integration of type Events API v2.
3. Copy the Integration Key (32-character routing key).

Add the notification in Checkmate

1. Open Notifications in the sidebar.
2. Click Create notification and pick PagerDuty.
3. Paste the integration key in the Address field.
4. Click Test, then Save.
