Overview
PagerDuty integration connects Checkmate to your on-call schedules. Incidents trigger PagerDuty alerts with proper escalation policies.
Setting up PagerDuty
- In PagerDuty, go to Services and create or select a service
- Add a new integration of type Events API v2
- Copy the Integration Key (routing key)
- In Checkmate, navigate to Integrations
- Create a new PagerDuty integration
- Paste the integration key and save
PagerDuty incidents are automatically resolved when Checkmate detects recovery.
