Pushover integration

Pushover delivers push notifications to iOS, Android, and desktop clients using an app token and a user key.

Get your credentials

1. Sign in at pushover.net. Copy your User Key from the dashboard.
2. Create an application at pushover.net/apps/build. The application's API Token is shown on its settings page.

Add the notification in Checkmate

1. Open Notifications in the sidebar.
2. Click Create notification and pick Pushover.
3. Enter:
   • Address — your Pushover user key.
   • Access token — the application API token.
4. Click Test, then Save.

Both fields are required. Test messages and incident alerts hit https://api.pushover.net/1/messages.json with the monitor name, URL, type, and current status in the body.
