Overview
The incident detail dialog shows each event tied to an incident and how long it lasted.
Fields on an incident
startTime— timestamp of the first failed checkendTime— timestamp of the recovery check, or when someone resolved manuallystatus— true while active, false once resolvedstatusCode/message— last failure code and message (HTTP monitors)resolutionType—automaticormanualresolvedBy/resolvedByEmail— user who resolved it (manual only)comment— optional note added when resolving manually
Duration
Duration is endTime − startTime. Active incidents show elapsed time from startTime to now. The summary view aggregates these into an average resolution time in hours.
