Overview
Incident history provides a record of all past outages. Use it to identify patterns, measure reliability, and report on SLA compliance.
Viewing incident history
- Navigate to Incidents in the sidebar
- Use filters to narrow by monitor, date range, or status
- Click an incident to view its full timeline
Analyzing patterns
Look for these patterns in your incident history:
- Recurring times: Incidents at the same time might indicate scheduled jobs or traffic spikes
- Duration trends: Longer incidents may indicate slower recovery processes
- Frequency changes: Increasing incidents could signal infrastructure problems
