Overview

Incident history is the record of past outages. It's the data you need for SLA reports and for spotting recurring problems.

Viewing incident history

  1. Navigate to Incidents in the sidebar
  2. Filter by monitor, date range, or status
  3. Click an incident to open its timeline

What to look for

Incidents that land at the same time of day often trace back to a cron job or a traffic spike. Outages that keep getting longer usually point at a slower recovery process, not a new failure mode. Rising incident count over weeks is a signal to look at the underlying infrastructure.
