Learn from past outages.

Overview

Incident history provides a record of all past outages. Use it to identify patterns, measure reliability, and report on SLA compliance.

Viewing incident history

  1. Navigate to Incidents in the sidebar
  2. Use filters to narrow by monitor, date range, or status
  3. Click an incident to view its full timeline

Analyzing patterns

Look for these patterns in your incident history:

  • Recurring times: Incidents at the same time might indicate scheduled jobs or traffic spikes
  • Duration trends: Longer incidents may indicate slower recovery processes
  • Frequency changes: Increasing incidents could signal infrastructure problems
