Performance trends

Overview

Performance trends show how PageSpeed scores change over time. Use them to check whether an optimization helped or a recent change regressed a metric.

Viewing trends

1. Navigate to PageSpeed in the sidebar
2. Click a monitor to open its detail page
3. Pick a time range (7 days, 30 days, etc.)
4. Read the trend chart for each metric

Reading the chart

A rising line means the score improved. A falling line means it got worse — usually tied to a recent deploy. A flat line means nothing changed. Short spikes are typically one-off failures (Lighthouse timeout, third-party script hiccup) and usually aren't worth chasing unless they repeat.
